due to a recent wrist injury at work,im finding bicep curls difficult to do due to the strain it puts on my wrist.also the arm curl machine aint much better.anyone got any alternatives to exercise the biceps,either free weights or machine?
Best Answer: Most back exercises will also work your biceps. If your wrist can withstand lat pulldowns or cable rows, or even pull ups, that will help build biceps, as well as back.
