It not that caregivers need socialization skills, however everything need a little improvement when you are working with someone family member. Personally I have never had a nasty or unprofessional healthcare provider. Sometime Patients need to be at ease because they are scared and they need to know that everything is going to be okay. I give great respect to the caregivers because it is a tough job and some do it so well.
