or is that included in the membership? I was with another fitness club before before I moved but only went to run on the tread mill or do some weights. I live in Southern California now so if anyone could suggest somewhere where I can sign up? Im on a low budget though. I need someone who knows more about health then me. Im a fit guy but just want to build a little more muscle. I usually go running but I want to do more than that.
Best Answer: hey im a 27 year old female personal trainer at a gym. You have to pay extra for a personal trainer because they work with you, one on one. I mean that's what I do, and that's how my gym works. Its usually this way 90% of the time. I don't live in California so I can't help you to find a facilty. Though if you have any other questions feel free to contact me, you can find ocntact info on my profile page. Bye.

The simplest way for you to learn will be through online research and magazines. You can find lots of useful information in a library as well. And yes most of the fitness clubs do charge a fee for personal training. Usually this charge is outrageous. You should try to find a partner yourself and learn from alternative sources. You can also take a class at your local community college which will be cheaper than going to a gym and getting a personal trainer.

Not at the gym close to me. They have where you pay X amount of $ for a membership and that covers everything. They have group work out sessions and personal one on one training and its all included in the membership fee’s.
