The gym that i go to does not have a squatting bar. I mean it has the squatting bar but not the proper quipement to do it safely if you’re doing lots of weight, which we are. so does anyone know any other excersices we can do that work the same muscles? we tried dumbell squats but the heaviest weight they have is too easy now : / any suggestions will help
