-by doing a self breast exam, how would you know that you have breast cancer?
-at the end of my nipples, it’s red (sometimes) and only sometimes, the skin will peel a little bit–not that much!! i don’t feel any bumps or lumps, but i’m a little worried about the nipples.
-i’m not sure, but i used to wear a bra with stitching on the inside of the cup, and it could be from that, since it scratched it.
Best Answer: 1. If you do the examinations properly you will feel a hard lump that won't move. If you haven't been shown how to do it you cannot properly give yourself an exam.
2. This is normal. Your skin sheds often and since your nipples have many creases in them and the hole you will notice your skin pealing more. Just clean it off regularly. And the redness is probably from your nipples being erected either from being aroused or being cold. Its normal.
