how many carbs, calories, fats, proteins, fibers and sugars do teens need to eat to lose weight and burn fat?

i have a genetically slow metabolism i think
so that is a factor
but i do understand eating more speeds it up
and i usually eat 1000 calories per day
but i dont do it on purpose
what should i do?
im 14
i weigh about 185
and i am 5 ft 7in
im looking to lose weight
and i think ive already lost some but i know i dont eat enough

Best Answer: Hi,If you're only eating 1000 calories per day you should try to spread that out into 6 small meals throughout the day. Eating that few calories per day you should def be losing weight.Also, don't forget to exercise, exercise, exercise!
