I have Body aches and weakness only in the morning?

I thought I was getting the flu but I had a flu test done and it came back negative. Around 4 am I wake up with body aches and weakness. I go back to bed and wake up with them again, but it usually goes away once I’m up and moving around. I almost feel like I can’t get out of bed, to feeling like nothing is wrong. Does anyone one now what it could be from. I don’t have any other symptoms just early morning body aches and weakness. And no I’m not pregnant!

Best Answer: This is interesting, I get that too when I wake up at that time for work, I think it could be that we havn't finished our sleep cycle... (I know if you wake up half way through the REM cycle you feel tired, as opposed to waking up when it ends you feel awake, no matter what time you wake up...that's just a thought though, because I can't figure out what else it 'could' be...Unless... you did a massive workout the day before or ran a marathon, and didn't properly restore your energy levels with some good food that night... (just another thought, because after breakfast I seem okay when I've done something like that..)
