Best Answer: ADHD is genetic, so it is entirely possible that you are exhibiting the symptoms and have it yourself.

Let’s look at the record. You have asked 207 questions in 5 months, and you have one remaining point..150 days, 200 questions, and I’ll get back to you about the number of answers. [153] But in this Q&A economy, you are down to your last sou.

I am unclear if that is a symptom of ADHD. Let me see what I can find.

Please keep in mind that very few people that you talk to here will not likely be experts on the topic or capable of diagnosing your condition with the limited information you have given us.

If this list is too long /complex for you, that may be an indicator.

    Symptoms
    of ADHD in teenagers:
    1. In children the basic symptom that is observed is not being attentive.
    2. They may lack in academics.
    3. They get bored very fast and may feel irritable all the time.
    4. They may become too hyperactive and aggressive in behavior.
    5. Might feel lose out all the time.
    6. Show laziness in daily activities.
    7. Always get a complex that may lead to attitude problems.

Depression, marital problems, loneliness, inattention and disturbed life pattern. All these lead to change the behavior pattern of an adult. They start reacting strongly towards all these which lead to change their nature.

Symptoms of ADHD in adults :
    1. Tend to forget things very often and the task they are supposed to do.
    2. Fail to recollect what just happened. Memory weakens.
    3. Become hot tempered and impulsive in behavior.
    4. Tend to pay less attention to what others are saying.
    5. Cannot work in office comfortably and stay lonely.
    6. Daydreaming.

    Study of behavior pattern:
Qualities differ from person to person. Although these may be observed as natural qualities in some of the adults, they may appear as a disorder in many. It is very difficult to realize that these are the only symptoms that define that you are suffering from ADHD. They do help in determining ADHD but make sure you deal this with a health care professional

The symptoms of ADHD are inconsistency of focus (inability to focus at times and possibly ability to hyperfocus), hyperactivity (can include fidgeting), disorganization, poor impulse control, tendency to interrupt other people’s conversations, etc.

You can take a look at the criteria from the DSM-IV (which is a standard guidebook for mental health diagnoses for mental health professionals) on the wikipedia site for ADHD:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ADHD#DSM-IV_criteria

There is a genetic connection to ADHD, so you may have it. Other factors play a role, too, such as whether or not your mother smoked while you were in the womb.
