I need to know the opinions of average Americans, I feel as though the government is making a big deal out of nothing.
Best Answer: I am not American but I think that we are overdue for a flu pandemic and that avian flu has all the codes to be the big one!

No. Americans should not be unduly worried but certainly should be informed and aware. This isn’t a case of making a big deal out of nothing. The threat is very real. The possibility exists. Click on this link and read it.
