My mom (62) was diagnosed with Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer after having a biopsy done on a growth. She needs surgery to not only remove the growth, but also to establish if/how far the cancer has spread. She is self-employed, has no health insurance and cannot afford to pay cash. Are there any programs out there to help her? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
