Natural remedies for psoriasis on nails and head?

I have had psoriasis on my thumb and forefinger since I’ve been 2, and I am looking for natural or OTC remedies to clear it up.

The main cause of psoriasis is overreaction of the immune system. Keeping it in a balanced state is the key point of battling this disease. I try to eat healthy food and avoid stress as much as I can.
After using number of prescription drugs I’ve turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use serenaskin herbal remedies , which aim at the root of the disease – the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my scalp has been cleared up and now I just continue with psoriasis extract, which controls the immune system. My scalp has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.

Hi, you can try one of the natural treatments for psoriasis from the Internet – some of them do actually work. For my psor. I use herbal cream by Champori quite successfully. It takes just a couple of weeks to clear the spots and they stay clear for months on end.
Try it: champori is available without prescription and comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn’t work for you – it’s free.

You can try one of the following home remedies:
    1. Apply olive oil after the Epsom salt bath.
    2. Regular seawater baths and application of seawater over the affected parts.
    3. Mudpacks – they absorb and remove the toxins from the affected areas.
    4. Cabbage leaves can be used in form of compresses. They can be applied on the affected area after removing the thick veins and washing them thoroughly.
    5. Sunlight.
    6. Vitamin E therapy has been found useful in the treatment of psoriasis. A daily dose of 200-800 I.U is advisable as they reduce itching of the area.
    7. Lecithin
    8. Application of Aloe Vera gel and garlic oil on the affected area.

    Natural Remedies for Psoriasis:

While conventional psoriasis treatments can be very effective, they can be extremely harsh, especially long-term, and many treat external symptoms only.

The use of herbal psoriasis remedies for natural psoriasis treatment has become increasingly popular. A psoriasis herbal remedy contains carefully selected ingredients to support skin health and promote healthy cell renewal and routine shedding of old skin cells. Natural remedies for psoriasis are a safe and effective alternative, especially when traditional therapy has failed to produce the desired results.
