The new Law Research should address this situation. There must be a public system that prevents the private economic interests "slip" in the health system "their" inventions whose sole purpose is to point the business, but at the same time can not happen that research results, as quoted here, take 10 years to reach the patient, the ultimate goal of any research in medicine.
