Is there insurance a foriegner (American) can buy to cover cancer treatments any EU country?

A family member needs to go to Europe for a cancer treatment offered only in the EU. Is there any insurance we can buy to help cover it? Or is one country generally cheaper than another for cancer care?...

If Conservatives eliminate Medicare/Medicaid and SChip, wouldn’t everyone’s insurance premiums skyrocket?

How is it legal for health insurance companies to discriminate against people with disabilities (I mean, medical disabilities), but other companies are not allowed to, like grocery stores are not allowed...
