Trying to put on weight… carbs/calories/proteins?

How many proteins should I eat a day? How many carbs? How many calories? Going for muscle too, not fat obviously. And I have a very high metabolism. My weight = 150 My Height = 5’10″

    I believe it is 80g of protein a day. So I would recommend eating extra meats and dairy’s.
