The last time I saw my doctor and she did a breast-examine, she commented that I have “lumpy, bumpy breasts” but that there was nothing wrong. That was over a year ago though. I tried doing an exam on myself but have no idea what to look for. I have an appt to see her, but that’s still six months away. What should I be looking for in the meantime??
Best Answer: i have lumpy breasts too, its nothing to worry about its and its hardly noticeable, its actually very common. just do a the breast exam as usual after you have been doing it for a few months you will know how your breast feel and the what their colors is (it varies slightly with each woman i the area around the nipple). what you will be looking for is changes in the way your breasts feel and lumps that stand out ( they will feel different from the lumpiness your doctor is talking about that you have) and changes is color. hope this helps
