what can be a Healthy food diet for me?

Hi i am 15 years old and weight 241 and i am 6″0 my mom just hired me a work out trainer in the gym lifting and stuff because baseball conditioning is beginning i was wondering if any one could tell me what would be healthy and good to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner.P.S. i have to have a light breakfast because i don’t have time to eat alot in the morning because of school Thank You.
