I feel like certain pain killers might contribute to the problem.
The stomach ulcer was caused by a prescription pain killer called Naproxen. I’ve had the ulcer for a few days, it hurts sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. I’m taking Prilosec OTC for 14 days to treat it, is this a good idea? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Take a vacation to Amsterdam. I did. Went for my ulcers on a weekend getaway…stayed three years. The all natural herbs are excellent healers. Now I’m back & on Pepcid Complete.

It might sound strange but drinking aloe juice is helpful. It’s available at heath food stores and really helps heal it up fast.
Have you been tested for H. Pylori? Most people with ulcers actually have H. Pylori and it can be cured very easily in about a week or so.
