what causes you to gain weight…calories, carbs, sugar, protein, or fats?

i want to lose weight but im not that active of a person. i just had jaw surgery last month so its not like i can exercise anyway. i cant chew anything so the foods i do get down i want to be good for me. if i had to chose between a drink with a lot of calories and protein but little sugar, and a drink with a lot of sugar but less calories and protein, which would help me lose weight? what should i avoid consuming? what can i do to stop gaining the weight back that i’ve already lost?

Melting calories was a lot easier for me when I started trying out acai berry. I understand they say that pills won’t work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial happening at the moment at http://fetoturs.voxelperfect.net , try it out, what’s the worst that could happen?
