i want to lose weight but im not that active of a person. i just had jaw surgery last month so its not like i can exercise anyway. i cant chew anything so the foods i do get down i want to be good for me. if i had to chose between a drink with a lot of calories and protein but little sugar, and a drink with a lot of sugar but less calories and protein, which would help me lose weight? what should i avoid consuming? what can i do to stop gaining the weight back that i’ve already lost?
