How do you think it has affected us, the youth especially? How can we analyze the situation.
Sweet Angel….ur sooo on point. Seems like no one else was getting the question.
Best Answer: I would say that a lot of girl's suffer from low self-esteem on account of the idea of what beauty truly is. In the media, these images are projected onto women to look a certain way but in reality, beauty lies deeper than the skin. Healthy is beautiful and oftentimes people make the mistake of thinking that plastic surgery will fix their poor health. Also, many women do not realize that just being healthy is the best thing for someone. I think that sometimes, we value more actual physical characteristics that cannot be achieved by some women naturally. This is why women choose to have plastic surgery. If there were more images of women who were just healthy and average, there wouldn't be such a need or desire for women to change their looks to satisfy the eyes of someone else while putting our own health at risk. It seems more and more like a man's world when you see what women go through just to be a part of the competition.

Obviously you have never been to South Korea.
Over 80% of females between 25 and 30 has had one or more plastic surgery. Its more common then getting braces.
Racial self loathing among asian women are making billions for surgeons.
its ridiculously funny when you think that the barbie doll was created to mimic humans, but now humans are trying to mimic the barbie doll…
It’s sad, because nowadays, you’ll be lucky to find a woman over 21 years who hasn’t had implants or some sort of plastic surgery. In the next 20 years, i’ll believe it if we all end up like Surrogates.
I got lucky and found me a REAL woman with REAL everything, but even she flirted with the idea of cosmetic/plastic surgery at one point in her earlier teens…talk about the pressure society puts on women these days.
Stupid and annoying theres nothing wrong with old people. I don’t care though, I live with my abuela (grandma) and she is super old and super happy and super hot.
Because she’s black
Ed: but beauty comes from the inside out. I think having a good soul makes you more attractive, people seem to forget that & become too obsessed with looking “hot” or “sexy” when they end up looking trashy instead. A little makeup and cute clothes are fun and cute though
thats just white folks

Well I’m about to go under the knife for bigger boobs…
I think for some women as you get older you find yourself competing with the younger chicas.
) I have toyed around with the thought (although I’m blessed I don’t look my age) of having plastic surgery. I have now come to the realization that this is me…you will either like me the way I am, or you won’t. With the recent deaths and complications circulating around the media regarding plastic surgeries, I think some of us have been forced to prioritize.
