Just for a home first aid kit, or something to take with me to my babysitting jobs. I’m trained in first aid, so I wouldn’t need a book.
What does a well-stocked first aid kit contain?

The best first aid kit for babysitting jobs is the cell phone number of the mom and a phone to dial 911 and poison control. Discuss these issues with the mom before providing any first aid without her permission. Choking/Heimlich maneuver and CPR should already be in that first aid kit between your ears.
If you’re trained in 1st aid you wouldn’t need to ask the question because it was covered on your course. Ask your course tutor.
I have put together a list at my webite: http://www.JustFirstAidKits.com
The list is suitable for the scenario you mentioned
