I am a 22 year old college student and have committed myself to a long term goal of losing 30 pounds of fat and bulding more muscle mass. What is a healthy amount of weight for males to lose per week? Also, can anyone provide any helpful tips and advice? Thank you very much!

    If you are referring to losing weight with a low calorie diet and exercise, a few pounds a week is good. I have recently found out that science has linked toxins to obesity. I tried a nutritional cleanse and not only did it remove the toxins from my body, I had lots of energy and I lost 29lbs with one program. Good luck!

    2-3lb a week is plenty, the slower it comes off the better
    as you lead a busy lifestyle you should eat 3 meals a day preferably sitting down, drink plenty of water as fizzy drinks even diet ones can lead to weight gain. do exercises 20 mins a day but don’t let dieting take over your life or you will soon get bored, get a group together its more fun than going it alone. good luck.
