I used to run for 20 minutes on the treadmill daily. I can’t anymore because of an injury. I still want to effectively exercise though.
Should I get a stationary bike?
I have runner’s knee.
Best Answer: well see there are heaps of things you can do because there are like millions of exercises but it depends on your injury because if i dont know where your injury is but if its on your leg you can do some streching that helps lots but is its on your arm you can play soccer or you can just jog or run but just be careful with you arm
