I have used 10 Minute Trainer and have good luck with it, but was wondering what else there was out there that has a good amount of variety in the exercises so I don’t get bored. I get burnt easy if I do too many of the same exercises. What programs, websites, machines would you recommend? Budget is key too.
Best Answer: Use the videos on youtube. They have helped me do small weight training and new techniques to work on my stomach rather than just situps. i also bought "crunchless abs" video. It really works if you do it on a normal basis. it works all of the ab muscles.I have lost 12 inches in the waist since using it.
