What kind of first aid kit do you have in your home ?

Only adult live here, but we do not have any first aid kit. Well, we have band aid, Biogreeze, Ice pack, Rubbing alcohol Tums, that is about it. Any more suggestion ?

Best Answer: Purchasing a kit would be your best bet. Not a tiny kit, not a huge kit. And you can reference the Mayo Clinic on the web for general first aid solutions. Where do you get a kit? You can get one on the web, at Walmart, or at COSTCO. I have a large kit, but I do rough work so I need stuff around. If you are really concerned and that is valid, you can get training from the Red Cross for around $45. Kits don't have every single thing either so you may have to pick up this or that to supplement your stuff.
