What could they do? Plan for a vaccine? there could be over a million scenarios of different bio wweapons We cant make something to protect us if we dont know how it was made or what it is. I am sure the govt has a plan for evacuation, and quarantining but other than that I dont know.
Bio-Terrorism falls under the FBI and Homeland Security, not the CDC. All the CDC deals with is how to combat the disease itself.
