I’ve broken both ankles and don’t want to buy another piece of equipment.
Best Answer: Ouch!As a former fitness instructor, here are two ideas to try:1. Push ups while kneeling on the floor. This will definitely put you in an aerobic state, while not applying any pressure to your feet whatsoever. The faster you do them, the higher your heart rate.2. You can sit in a chair, and use some weight in both hands. Do as many upper body movements as you can, while seated. This, too, will get you in an aerobic state.Three cheers for you continuing to exercise with the set back of your ankles!Hope this helped you.
