Best Answer: In real terms we get more bang for our buck in education. Parents do not need ten children working for minimum wage to help them through retirement when one educated CEO can do the job just fine. The only reason left is for disease control. Many problems come from STDs and the world could benefit from stopping or slowing them "STD". Using DDT to kill mosquitoes and rid homes of bugs would be of more use in the long haul. The biggest influence would be a bill that gave the public more to do than just screw something like a job or school.
If you were to want to do something about the situation I would suggest that you have every man, woman, and child view a birth every day for a month.

Overpopulation
It will ensure that children will be blessings for their parents since their births are planned and wanted. It will empower couples with the information and opportunity to plan and space their children. This will not only strengthen the family as a unit but also optimize care for children who will have more opportunities to be educated, healthy and productive. We must adopt a zero population growth if the Earth is to survive.
