Not sure, but as long as I stay in the top tier, I have no problem with it.
And for those of you who think I am being self-centered, callous or shallow, Health Reform Champion Senator Tedward Kennedy scoured the earth for the best possible health care when he feel ill, I should be entitled to the same quality of care, choice and Johnny-On-The-Spot service.
