Best Answer: I wouldn't appreciate it because it's not real beauty! That's why I would never get plastic surgery! It's just fake and others think it's pretty when it's just fake and not natural!

If the surgery is good, we’d have no way of knowing its fake. If its not good, well, its not good.
Maybe their inner beauty and at times even the outer, but it always be in the back of my head that they had gotten plastic surgery.

After seeing video footage of how aesthetic surgery is done…I would definitely not appreciate it as much as I would if he/she were natural. Of course I would say he/she is beautiful, but a natural beauty who looks similar to them would be even more beautiful to me.

i think plastic surgury is for people trying to enhance there look therefore making you feel much better! and it should defo not matter to anybody else because it will still be you! but happier
Well, it depends if they broke their nose or got in an accident or something and their face got smashed, so they had to get plastic surgery, I would.
But, if it was so they could look better, just because they wanted to, I would not.
